This website and its content are intended for individuals and organizations interested in executive coaching, leadership development, and related professional services. While I appreciate curiosity, if you’re not here for that kind of thing, this probably isn’t the place for you.

Everything you find here—articles, resources, tools, and reflections—is offered for informational and educational purposes. Nothing on this site should be considered a guarantee, diagnosis, or replacement for professional legal, medical, or financial advice.

This Privacy Policy is here to let you know how I collect, use, and protect your personal information when you interact with this website or with Stan Freck Coaching directly. It’s intentionally straightforward, just like how we work with clients.

1. What I Collect (and Why)

When you use this site, you might share some personal information with us—things like your name, your email address, your phone number and your company name and job title. You may also be asked to share information about the challenges you would like to address in your engagements and/or partnership with us. This typically happens when you fill out a form (e.g. contact, consultation, newsletter), you sign up for coaching or a resource, or you send me a message. We use this information only to connect with you, share resources you’ve asked for, and—if you’re up for it—stay in touch via electronically now and then.

2. No Selling. No Sharing.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Ever.
If we work with a trusted third-party provider (like an email service or scheduling tool), we make sure they’re reputable and take privacy seriously.

3. Cookies & Analytics

Like most websites, we use basic cookies and analytics tools (like Google Analytics) to understand how the site is being used. This helps me improve the experience for future visitors.
